PATMOS 2019

Submissions

Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. All manuscripts will be blind reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. Therefore, author's should not reveal their identity in the manuscript. Submissions should be a complete manuscript of novel unpublished work (not to exceed 8 pages of single spaced text, including figures and tables) or, in special cases, may be a summary of relevant work. Submissions should be in pdf-format.

The best papers of PATMOS will be selected for a Special Issue on Integration, the VLSI Journal, by Elsevier. Templates can be found at:  https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

To submit a proposal for a panel session, special session, industrial session, tutorial, a workshop, a demo, a PhD forum, or, if you have a birds of a feather (BOF) proposal, or, have questions, please contact the program and special sessions chairs.

Abstract and Full paper Submission

The deadline to submit papers is 8 March 2019 22 March 2019 29 March 2019 However, we ask authors to register in advance at least a title, abstract, and the complete list of authors, which should be registered by 1 March 2019 22 March 2019 29 March 2019 . The full paper can be submitted at the same time or later, but must be uploaded at the latest by 8 March 2019 22 March 2019 29 March 2019 . Otherwise the initial submission will be automatically withdrawn.
Abstract submission can be done through EasyChair.
After registering the abstract you are allowed to update all contents of the paper until the final paper submission deadline.

Camera-ready Preparation

Important information:  all papers are upto 6 pages length (either ORAL presentation or POSTER )

Additional Pages for the Proceedings
6 pages for Papers are charge free 1 or 2 extra pages are allowed at 75 € per page

Authors should follow the steps below:

  1. Proofread the paper and follow the reviewers corrections.
  2. Login to IEEE PDF eXpress TM site here.
  3. Fill in  the IEEE Electronic Copyright form.
  4. Update the final camera ready pdf file through  the easychair system.

Paper Formatting

Final Papers must be in the formats described on submissions guidelines and using the IEEE templates that you can find at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html Do NOT include page numbers in your paper. Do NOT include copyright header/footer information.

Creating your PDF eXpress Account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site here. 

First-time users should do the following:
  1.  Select the "New Users - Click Here" link.
  2.  Enter the following: 46944x for the Conference ID your email address a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

IEEE Electronic Copyright

After the acceptance of the paper, please fill out and submit the IEEE Electronic Copyright. In order to publish your paper in the proceedings, we must receive your IEEE Copyright Transfer Confirmation for your Article. When you receive your IEEE Copyright Transfer Confirmation pdf file for your Article, send it to: kouretas@ece.upatras.gr
